We can also work with your existing submitters to electronically record their documents, help you promote eRecording in your county, and provide information to include on your website. Here’s how to get started.

Tell us who your submitters are.

Simply provide CSC with a list containing your submitters’ contact information. We will contact them and detail the advantages your new eRecording capabilities. We will also provide a complete eRecording demonstration.

Let CSC help you promote eRecording in your county.

CSC can provide you with a card holder and a supply of hard-copy information cards explaining the benefits of eRecording. You can offer these referral cards to walk-in submitters or include them with any acknowledgements you return to submitters by mail. Target your most frequent submitters in order to maximize the volume of electronic document submissions.

Promote eRecording on your website

Your website is another great tool to promote your new eRecording capability to submitters.

If you don’t have an eRecording page on your website, it’s easy to create one.
