Four New Counties are now eRecording through CSC and one other county is accepting additional document types

Harper County, KS, Cherokee County, GA, Gentry County, MO, and Jasper County, GA are now electronically recording real estate documents through Corporation Service Company® (CSC®). Any document submitter with a computer, Internet connection and scanner/printer can now eRecord real estate documents in Harper County, KS, Cherokee County, GA, Gentry County, MO, and Jasper County, GA through CSC.

Existing CSC customers can access the county’s available document types and required fields using the CSC Submitter Bulletin Harper, KS, CSC Submitter Bulletin Cherokee GA, CSC Submitter Bulletin Gentry, MO, and CSC Submitter Bulletin Jasper GA, Customers can email csc-help@cscinfo.com if the county has not been added to their drop-down lists or with any questions or concerns.

We would also like to announce that Douglas County, CO will be accepting releases without the original deed of trust document attached. Submitters only need to enter the Original Reference Number for the property being released and CSC will automatically lookup the property and electronically send the original document to the County Public Trustee.
