The New York Boroughs are now set up to allow eRecording of Level 3 document types. Please be advised that there are some newly added questions that you will be required to answer when submitting Level 3 documents. These questions will aide in creating the ACRIS coversheets required by the Boroughs. If you are set up with data mappings and need to have the required questions added to your data integration, please reach out to our team. Feel free to test on our User Acceptance Testing site before submitting documents to the NY Boroughs through integration to review this new required indexing.
